About us
About Las Vegas Plumbing
A plumbing and water treatment company serving the Las Vegas Valley. This page says what we do, how we price, and which claims we have deliberately left off this website.
Las Vegas Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing and water treatment across Las Vegas and Clark County, with a focus on water softeners sized for local hardness at 17 grains per gallon.
What we do
We cover residential and commercial plumbing across the Las Vegas Valley: repairs, emergency work, drain and sewer service, leak detection, pipe repair and repiping, water heaters including tankless, fixtures, and the water treatment work that very hard local water makes necessary.
The water treatment side is a genuine focus rather than an add on. At 17 grains per gallon, hardness is behind a large share of the plumbing failures in this valley, and treating it is often the cheapest way to stop paying for the damage.
How we price
Diagnosis comes before a quote. Scope and price go in writing before work starts, and that includes what is excluded, because unwritten assumptions about exclusions cause more disputes in this trade than dishonesty does.
Where a job could go two ways, repair against replace or spot repair against reroute, you get both numbers and what each is likely to buy in service life. The decision is yours to make with the arithmetic in front of you.
What this website does not claim
This site carries no star rating, no review count, no years in business, no licence number, no guarantee and no awards. That is deliberate.
Every one of those is a statement about a business that a visitor cannot verify from the page, and we are not willing to publish one that has not been confirmed and documented. When those details are confirmed, they will appear here with the confirmation behind them.
What the site does carry are facts you can check independently: the water hardness figures come from the Las Vegas Valley Water District, and the licensing guidance points you at the Nevada State Contractors Board lookup so you can verify any contractor, including us.
How to verify a plumber in Nevada
Nevada licenses contractors through the Nevada State Contractors Board, which maintains a public licence lookup. It shows whether a licence is active and what classification it holds.
We would rather you check than take anyone at their word. A company confident in its licensing has no reason to object.
