Agreement to these terms

By using lasvegasplumbing.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website itself. Work we carry out at your property is governed by the written scope and price you approve before that work begins, not by this page.

What this website is

This site describes plumbing and water treatment services and provides general information about plumbing problems common in the Las Vegas Valley. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis of your property.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote, or a promise of availability. A quote exists when we have given you one in writing for a specific scope of work at a specific property.

Submitting a service request

When you submit the form you are asking us to contact you. You are not entering into a contract for work and you are not obliged to proceed with anything.

Please give us accurate information. A description of the symptom that does not match what is actually happening leads to the wrong parts on the van and a wasted visit for both of us.

Do not use the form to report an emergency where water is actively escaping. Close your main shutoff valve and call instead. A form submission sits in a queue; a phone call does not.

Quotes, scope and changes

Where we quote work, the quote states the scope, the price and what is excluded. Exclusions matter: drywall repair, painting, tile and flooring restoration after access cuts are commonly excluded from plumbing quotes, and where that is the case the quote will say so.

If work opens up into something larger than the quoted scope, that additional work is priced and approved separately before it proceeds. We do not add work to an invoice that you have not agreed to.

Use of this website

You may read, print and share these pages for your own use. You may not copy the content of this site to republish it as your own, scrape it at a volume that degrades the service for other people, or use it to train a product that competes with us without our permission.

You may not use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages, abusive content, or anything unlawful.

This site links to third party sources including the Las Vegas Valley Water District, the Nevada State Contractors Board and federal agencies. We link to them because they are the primary source for facts we cite, and we encourage you to check them.

We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

To the extent permitted by Nevada law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. General information cannot account for the specifics of your property, and it is not a substitute for having someone look at it.

This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit our responsibility for work we actually carry out at your property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from them will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
