The Sun City Summerlin area is an active adult community developed from the late 1980s, which makes it among the earliest Summerlin housing.
Priorities there are different: accessibility, lever handles, comfort height fixtures, and shutoff valves that can actually be operated without strength. Those are small changes that make a genuine difference, and they are worth doing at the same time as any other work rather than as a separate project.
